## QRTAN+ Description
Mit QRTAN+ bietet Ihnen die 1822direkt ein modernes und zeitgemäßes Sicherungsverfahren für das Online-Banking.

Mit dem 1822direkt QRTAN+ Verfahren können Bankgeschäfte einfacher und schneller abgewickelt werden. In Ihrem Online-Banking können Sie so jederzeit und überall Aufträge ausführen. Sie brauchen dafür nur den PC oder Ihr Tablet und das Smartphone mit der App QRTAN+.

Ihre Vorteile auf einen Blick:
- Ihr Smartphone wird zum kostenlosen TAN-Generator
- Sie bestätigen Ihre 1822direkt Online-Banking Aufträge schnell und einfach über die QRTAN+ App
- Auch ohne Internetverbindung des Smartphones können Sie Aufträge erteilen
- Durchführung von Transaktionen auf zwei getrennten Kanälen

So funktioniert das QRTAN+ Verfahren
Nach Erfassung Ihrer Auftragsdaten im 1822direkt Online-Banking bekommen Sie einen QR-Code angezeigt, den Sie mit Ihrer QRTAN+ App entschlüsseln. Starten Sie dafür die App und scannen den angezeigten QR-Code. Daraufhin zeigt Ihnen die App zur Sicherheit die von Ihnen erfassten Daten zur Kontrolle. Prüfen Sie in jedem Fall, die in der QRTAN+ App angezeigten Transaktionsdaten und geben Sie den Auftrag in der App frei.

Sollten Sie gerade über keine Internetverbindung verfügen, wird Ihnen eine TAN angezeigt. Geben Sie mit der angezeigten TAN den Auftrag im 1822direkt Online-Banking frei.

Wie wird das QRTAN+ Verfahren aktiviert?
In Ihrem Kundenportal aktivieren Sie das QRTAN+ Verfahren unter dem Menüpunkt "Einstellungen > TAN > TAN-Verfahren verwalten" kostenlos. Folgen Sie den Beschreibungen im Kundenportal und in Ihrer QRTAN+ App um die Aktivierung abzuschließen.

Folgende Berechtigungen auf Ihrem Gerät werden benötigt:
- Zugriff auf die Kamera um die in Ihrem 1822direkt Online-Banking angezeigten QR-Codes zu scannen.

Systemvoraussetzungen: Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir nur Geräte zu verwenden, zu denen vom Hersteller noch Sicherheitsupdates für das Betriebssystem zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Hinweis zu "Jailbreak": Die App wird nicht für Geräte mit Jailbreak angeboten. Aus unserer Sicht stellt die Nutzung von gejailbreakten Geräten ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar, das wir zu Ihrer Sicherheit bei Finanztransaktionen ausschließen wollen.

Seit heute funktioniert die App nicht mehr: iPhone Kamera wird nicht aktiviert, um den QR-Code zu scannen. Hat bisher immer gut funktioniert.

Leider kann man die TANs nicht in die Zwischenablage kopieren und muss sie daher manuell eingeben. Außerdem ist es zu kompliziert, eine QR-Überweisung per iPhone zu tätigen: da man den QR-Code auf dem gleichen Gerät angezeigt bekommt, auf dem man ihn scannen soll, muss man ihn erst mit einem anderen Gerät abfotografieren und dann das Foto scannen. Wenn man die App parallel auf mehreren Geräten verwenden könnte, würde es gehen, aber so?

Die App funktioniert bei mir nur für einen Überweisungsvorgang. Bei dem Scannen des nächsten QR Codes passiert nichts. Ich muss die App schließen und wieder öffnen und jedes mal den Code eingeben. Das ist vielleicht sicher, geht aber auch anders und ist nicht bedienungsfreundlich.

Die App an sich funktioniert gut, es wäre super, wenn man die TAN in die Zwischenablage kopieren könnte wie bei der normalen TAN-App, dann könnte man von der systemübergreifenden Zwischenablage profitieren und müßte die TAN nicht händisch eingeben.
