Trying to connect to the camera through the app. Though wifi connects, the app gets stuck and does not proceed. Will return the camera. No wonder there was a 50% discount on it.

I am trying to change my address from Delhi that is default selection and it does not allow to change state. The Chinese and now Hero team has not reached outside Delhi seems, poor adhesive properties for the camera to stick on glass (dropped once).

The recorded videos are difficult to view on app. I have a 2 hr long drive’s video and want to see an event in the middle of the trip. The recording only starts at the beginning. Scrolling to end makes the video jump to next trip. One cant sit through an hour worth of recording to get to 1 min that’s required. It just fails the purpose of the product if you are not able to easily retrieve video of an event for which you installed this product!

I have purchased n installed a QuboPro Dashcam on 4/4/24 but am faced with numerous issues with the camera not getting started when the car is parked outside where it’s exposed to the sun. The app most of the time doesn’t get connected, the recording is shown in the screen but to review it, none can be seen in the gallery. The software doesn’t get updated, mind you the dashcam is very expensive when compared to other brands from China. The main reason for buying this is because it’s Indian make and manufacture by Hero. I am totally disappointed with the camera and we don’t know whether all features are available. While driving I don’t know whether any vehicles coming close is recorded and if any mishap is happened, how do we get the footage.

Easily the worst app, does not connect to device when needed, the footage is not recorded for a year. Getting the cam Connected to your phone is pure luck.

App gives an error message while registering mobile number. Have escalate issue. Will return the dash cam to Amazon.

Experiencing abrupt disconnections. Not working properly

Although the camera is good at this price but the app is equally pathetic. I am using the version for iphone and tried downloading the videos. 1. There is no trim option and the app gives option of downloading the videos for a time range of 1 to 10 mins. How would a user know exactly how long the video needed to be downloaded is. 2. The download is unbelievably slow even for a 5 minute clip and stops at 98% every time. Over all i am not satisfied by the interface. An app update with trim option and better download speed would make it useable.

It’s WiFi keeps disconnecting. I have wasted 13K purchasing it. Their service team in what’s app support is pathetic. May be they hire interns and giving this job to part time employees with out training. This app and the hardware is not reliable. Think twice before you buy it.

Doest seem to login. How do I setup ? How to use it if it says Bad Request all the time ?!!??
