Downloaded the app to find that I’m not authorised to use the app?? No explanation why. Useless!

So incredible frustrating wanting to quickly show your ID when you’re out. To put it simply, the app is constantly forcing updates so you can’t just quickly view your ID. Waste of time. Keep your card on you.

crashes, no opportunity to enter PIN

This is the worst excuse for an app I have ever seen. It is completely non functional and sends me around in circles with one time codes and sign in requests. I have yet to visualise my online license. If you are the developer of this app, hang your head in shame because you are terrible at your job.

This garbage app tells me the email is incorrect, despite the fact that I’m trying to sign-up to it!! Seriously you guys are beyond incompetent. God knows how much tax payer money was wasted on these pinheads

App doesn’t work. Asks you to sign in over and over. Classic government app.

Would be better if I could add it to my Apple wallet instead of pulling up the app each time. Consider convenience of the user.

App launches but on setup it attempts to open a website in-app which simply doesn’t load. Blank page. Checked all relevant setting on phone, nothing out of place that should affect access. Clap clap great job as usual QLD gov.

Needed a digital for temporary use as lost my physical ID. Doesn’t work. Keeps going back to the sign in page after you signed in already. So annoying, please fix this!
