Doubly frustrating because I had to do it in incognito since it would force the app to open from search results. I’ve had an issue with an order not reflecting items I selected to return and I can not reach a human being who knows what they’re doing. Actually, I can’t reach a human at all. I also returned another item several days ago via FedEx and the tracking information is not available.
