They charge twice for weekly subscription.
Downside to this is app is having to pay 7.99/per week only to know that they secretly charge you another extra 7.99 out of nowhere. Because of this I’m being charged double for a subscription. Great app and all but that’s not how business works when you charge your customers for the subscription.

Not allowing me to log in to paid account
I subscribed, but it doesn’t allow me to log in to the account as they changed to only allow mobile phone log ins. Now they are taking recurring payments away from my account, with no way to log back in and cancel the subscription.

HELP ME TO REfUND.
I tried for 1 day for uni .And it automatically subscribed it at 99.99$ was reduced from my account. I was unknown about that. And reported dispute in my bank. Thought i was scammed but later on. I find that this app reduced my money. I want to refund it. I even changed my Mastercard, bank password and all because i thought that someone used my account but it was from subscription. How much time will it take to get money refunded? I’m international student here. I’m struggling financially. So please it would be better if i get refund asap🥲
