I upgraded and don’t get what I paid for. I have been subscribing for 2 years and when I did the upgrade and tried to access the paid subscription, it says email not registered. When I try to sign up again, it says email in use!!! This app feels like a scam, premium subscription paid and nothing to show for it! Difficult to even raise a query when email is not registered with them
I blocked my both my sons phones, and although it shows “blocked”, one day screen time show that its 30mins over the allowed screen time limit, still the phone is fully operational. Its expensive, and not working.
Better enabling and insights required… had to completely uninstall for my phone to work
The fact that screen time limits doesn’t work undermines the whole purpose and amounts to a total waste of money (and it’s rather expensive as well!). Bitterly disappointed!
I have downloaded this Parent App and the regular Qustodio App as per instructions the App’s gave me for my iPhone and my child’s...it DOESN’T even work on either of our iPhones!!! I have honestly been going Back-and-Forth and still HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO SYNC PHONES!!! I have however managed to view it briefly online, however, I don’t carry my PC everywhere with me! I WOULDN’T recommend this App at all!!!
It has been so helpful to both monitor and agree app limits with our kids. It would be great to have the ability to set a blanket daily time limit across all apps. At the moment I need to set the limit for each app for each day.
Great concept. But my kid figured out how to remove the app and restrictions. Back to the drawing board!
Any kid who hasn’t worked out how to remove the management profile (settings> general> device management > Qustodio >remove management) is just dumb. Any parent who relies on this app is dumber. And the saddest is the developers who charge users for something so easy to remove!
I click on the YouTube videos it’s flagged and blocked and it’s blocking a ton of videos that are totally fine. For example, making homemade cake pop treats.
I have shut down internet on my child’s PC using this app but he is still playing online games without any problems. The app show that internet is paused but it is not
