Nice app but with some issues time from time
The app (to control Windows 10 PC of my son) worked pretty well, but starting from 1st January 2022 morning it’s not possible to restrict Windows 10 app by time (like to set for example 8 hours a day limit). When I set such rule Windows app become not accessible or crashes time from time with error “For your safety the application .. has been blocked”, but in my app on the phone I see that the limit was not been reached yet. How to fix such issue?

Very disappointing
1) after time limit all applications disappear in iPhone and then appear in random order 2) no warning for a kid how much time is left 3) my 13 yo son hacked the protection on his notebook in one week Absolutely useless, though I paid for one year
No support or bug report channels
While I am using the app for quite some time as it allows me to limit my kid’s Windows PC, the PC app stopped showing time left which was an annoyance. And now it just completely stopped counting the limits while still showing which apps are used. It would be fine if I could report the bugs but there is absolutely no way to contact Qustodio, no support, no nothing
Blocks unnecessary YouTube videos
I click on the YouTube videos it’s flagged and blocked and it’s blocking a ton of videos that are totally fine. For example, making homemade cake pop treats.
This app does not work
I have shut down internet on my child’s PC using this app but he is still playing online games without any problems. The app show that internet is paused but it is not
Not working as advertised. Poor customer support
The reliability of this app has always been spotty, but not I haven’t reviewed any data from my child’s phone in about three weeks. I’ve tried to fix the issue by googling the problems I’m having and adjusting the settings. I finally day down with the phone prepared to call Qustodio’s IT line only to discover there isn’t one. So, allegedly we’re going to get this problem fixed via an email every 1-2 days. Cool.
Delayed SMS
Delayed for like 4 mins. Not good.
Good But flawed
I have had Qustodio for more than 1 year. In general it works in helping control my kids activities on their computers. That being said there is a major flaw. Even when you limit hours on the computer through the app the scheduled routines seem to override the hour limitation set. I can fix this by just going into the app and blocking all time, however, this defeats the purpose. If this can be fixed then it would change my perception of the app.
