Cuesta encontrar los eventos deseados mediante el buscador, al final tienes que seleccionarlos desde el calendario. Lo gracioso es que además si seleccionas una fecha aparecen eventos de otras fechas. Por ejemplo, brunch tiene conciertos cada finde en Madrid en el mes de mayo por lo que aparecen varias pestañas, pudiendo generar confusión.

I have just bought a ticket for an event in Barcelona and the app immediately logged out without telling me. Now I can’t see my tickets but I was charged the amount. RA Guide has no support email so I’m trying to get in contact through here. Please help!

Sorry, but the app is very basic compared to the web, and the few options it implements don't work (you press the button to filter and it doesn't do anything), and when I verified my email, the app didn't recognise it and I had to delete it and reinstall it.

The best app to discover the best nights to go out to. If you like electronic music there’s no discovery platform like the RA Guide out there

Excelente aplicación para estar al tanto de fiestas, eventos o festivales de música electrónica y clubes de cada ciudad. Puedes conseguir entradas de eventos en donde estén de intermediaros como RA y en ciertos casos puedes recibir reembolso en tanto lo hagas en un tiempo razonable previo al evento

the app is really very basic. It does not allow very common functions. For example, those of transferring the ticket to a friend. If you buy tickets for you and your friends, you have to show up at the event all togheter…

I bought 2 tickets and after an hour in line they immediately returned the entrance at the door for no reason. The surprise is when you don't get all the money back. The club decides not to let you pass and return the ticket directly with the application and you as a client also pays for the ticket fee… Disgusting... If you use me as cattle, don't expect me to use the app again.

Te obligan a bajarte la aplicacion para gestionar. No liberan los tickets hasta las 24h antes, con lo cual si te ha salido un imprevisto no los puedes vender… Horrible esta gente, solo entorpecen lo que se ha hecho desde siempre en 2 clicks solo para vender tus datos
