## Rabbit Exchange Description
Mobile Diagnostics app that helps assessing the functional condition of a phone.
Rabbit Exchange helps to evaluate the functional condition of a user's phone to be sold to the trade-in partner(Amazon), in exchange for a new phone.

Here's how the process works-

1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the exchange order is placed by the user on the trade-in partner's(Amazon) platform.

2.Post installation of the app, the user needs to enter the 6 digit unique code to run the application provided by the partner’s delivery agent.

3. After the unique code has been entered, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.

3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code(Success/Failure Code) will be generated on the app's last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.

4. The partner’s delivery agent will scan the Exchange Reference Code from his phone in the partner’s platform, and will see the status to pick up the device or to not pick up the device.

5. User needs to hand-over the old phone after resetting it to the delivery agent.

Please stay away from any ‘exchange offers’ from Amazon. They are not exchange offers, it is a pure daylight scam. They only show exchange value on their app/website to attract people to buy. The value shown is on their system is not what they will offer. Irrespective of your phone condition, you would be made to pay additional amount at the delivery time. I was made to pay 1800 extra, even though there were no additional damage in phone than reported at the time of making the purchase. There will be a full video with details on my order and their exchange scam made soon.

This fake scam app! Today I ran the app and the report shows that all the tests are passed, nil failed tests! 

However, it says that my phone cannot be exchanged because it has failed some Mandatory tests!

I don’t understand why Amazon is using such bad review app for exchange. During great Indian festival, I ordered for iPhone exchange and app showed some error message to connect with old phone. The message was not clear and unfortunately my delivery got rejected. Either Amazon has to look better app or loose customer if it continues.
