Pathetic app, the previous one was better than this. No train schedules are being shown. Trying scenic few days. Same is the issue with website. Govt applications shouldn’t be like, designed by some amateur person.

Can not select passenger details

Always giving error when add passengers details and said add complaint, when trying to complaining their is another error. You can not even send them complaints. If call you n help line they said it team on leaves.Very very pathetic app.

Your own / self details was available on select a passenger window but now app ask to add passenger but when you add your self details it shows an error to go to pakrailway.gov.pk When you go there for reservation of ticket, error show that seat map cannot be opened Please resolve this issue at your earliest

Very Bad Booking Way as Compare to PakRail app. Adding passengers is annoying make it like pakrail app.

Unable to create account because of strange errors like secondary cnic doesn’t match while I’ve tried many times and have confirmed to enter the same!
