The app is not fit for purpose and all we get is FALSE PROMISES of improvements which never materialise! Betting and using the app should be fun, not a CHORE! Why have you got two sets of RPR’s? Why can’t you streamline and make the card easier to dissect instead of constant scrolling and clicking tabs? Live markets is a joke and non existent which is crucial to betting (imbeciles)! Why is everything all over the place and all squashed in? Why can’t you tell us the prize money and what grade/band the race is, eg. 0-80 etc. This is all basic design! The list is endless regarding how regressive the app has become. RP is no longer punter friendly but the bookies pal! For those that don’t know: Racing Post is now owned by an American Equity Firm that answer to many STAKEHOLDERS. Instead of moaning fellow punters, STOP betting via it. Carry on using for info but don’t log in! They are trying to get punters to take out subscriptions and will soon be trying to implement other sports. You’ve NO shame RP! You even resort to fake positive reviews hahaha. To hell with you and your STAKEHOLDERS!

The stream quality on each race has fallen apart after Christmas, you can’t get through a race without it buffering and eventually stopping, now unwatchable

Constantly buffering - and can’t resolve it unless you force it closed & restart, then hope for the best…..Dreadful app

Used to be a very useful tool, but now reduced to limiting at least half of its content to subscribers of a members club. There are a lot better free options now available

With the premium price that users are expected to pay for this app, the horse tracker should at least be accessible/usable from within the app itself. Yes I know we can use the website, but this simply isn’t good enough. It’s 2025 and you must do better. As a fan having a punt, and also as an owner wanting to keep track of my horses - the tracker needs to be more accessible on mobile. I really want to give as much support to this industry. I believe it’s important. But if you can’t offer me such basic things like this I have to re-evaluate my subscription at the current costs. Yes you offer other things in the subscription, but for many users we only want to view racecards, form, place the odd bet, and read the odd news article. Oh, and have access to a reliable horse tracker that works on mobile! For what it’s worth surely you’d also see better monetisation due to more customers wanting to place bets when they’re notified about a tracked horse running. Finally - please release a fix so that when I click a horses name to check its form and then click back to the race card, I am not scrolled right back to the top of the card. Very poor UX and it’s really frustrating. This is surely a minor bug fix and I can’t believe nobody had picked up on this after all of this time. Despite my strong feelings on the above - this is a really good app and you do deserve a pat on the back.

So so bad, far too much crammed into this app. Used to be good, you could click the app and flick between meetings and tips etc quickly and come out the app and go back to where you were previously. Now it's like you need a phd to find your way around, you click to look at something and if you leave the app for 2 seconds and go back it takes you right back to the main menu. Just so annoying and takes forever to work the app out when it was fine for long enough. Downloaded and deleted in one day it's just really poor considering it was fine when i had it couple of years ago (deleted then aswell as gradually got worse after updates, thought i would give it another chance now to see) Just make a simple app and stop overloading it with nonsense

Only have one gripe about this app and that’s the fact that every time you come to watch a live race it comes up with the message….. error whilst loading race. Happens every single time!

Since you released the new version of the app, I hardly ever use it. It was a brilliant app, so simple to use and the flow made sense. Do better.

Overall app is very informative, i like to compare race comments to tips, predictor & smart view, then still pick looser! 1 very annoying issue is, every time you add a horse to your betslip (to see later) you get the “ compare odds” pop up. THEN when you actually click on your bet slip, you get the same pop-up again. This is just extremely annoying considering some of us don’t even use online book makers. I simple look for horses, add to betslip to take screenshot, place at my local WH, i don’t need pop-ups trying to get me to sign up for online bookmakers.

Off all the racing apps I use this is the most “buggy,” Screens freeze! Buffers especially on weekends or festivals and you have to pay to read most of the articles.
