The latest app release is pretty slick. The selections are all clearly indicated by drop down boxes and further info is available for some appointments. Adding payment option is a breeze and checkout is all now done automatically even for multiple sessions booked. So I barely noticed booking myself in for 5 separate treatments. It’s really quite an exceptional UX.

I’ve been going to Radiance for a good couple of years now for my brows. I come away feeling fabulous each time. Last time I had the laminate brow treatment and I loved the look of my eyebrows after that. Staff are always so lovely and kind and the salon is beautiful, a really clean, calming environment xx

Since it’s been in use I love the app for the ability to view a therapists availability before booking. Also being able to move an appointment (with notice) is great. The special offers are clear to see and browse. Hardly ever need to ring the salon now as can do it all on here.
