And then it’s either delete app or pay to win. Level 4 is quite difficult when those fast moving heads fly by lvl 13/14.  You can’t stop that with just basic towers provided. There’s no real progression or advancement. It’s just beat the level with the towers provided or buy the better ones

My score isn’t updating. I’ve played quite a bit and am stuck at 82 aliens. I think the game would be better if it was easier after level 8 and there were more levels. Also, you should make the in game money transfer between levels and let weapons be purchased with it. I think that supercreep should have been the final boss.

It’s hard, but more of a challenging way, though there should be a way to gain new upgrades as you progress. Like, pass level 5 and get Flamer or something. It just forces you to buy upgrades and they aren’t cheap either.

I remember playing this years ago at my ex girlfriends house and I was able to get to level 10 fairly well. Now I’m struggling to get past level 4 and I’m scratching my head trying to figure out when did this game become so hard then i had an epiphany. This game is purposely overturned forcing more enemies to spawn than you can handle for the sole purpose of forcing you to buy upgrades that land you more money per kill.

Once you get to the 7th stage you cannot beat it unless you pay $. Don’t bother watching any tutorials online since it’s clear that the game’s been nerfed since then to the point where the tutorials aren’t relevant anymore, and you need to drop some major coin to advance. Disappointing.

This game was awesome! To those reviewers saying it can't be beat without paying, check YouTube for tutorials. Honestly, it was worth the money for such a good app anyway. Since the last update...this game just isn't fun anymore. I can't quite put my finger on it, but these new three levels sucked the fun out of the game. Levels 1 through 11 are five star! Levels 12-14 drag the whole experience down.

It's pretty, but it's a card-carrying member of the post-Candy Crush, prohibit-play-until-you-pay club. The second round of the tutorial passive-aggressively forces you to buy.

Would rather have been charged $5 up front and been left to play a game rather then have the developers ambush you over and over again.

This is one of the best TD I've played. Music, art, gameplay, every aspect of the game is excellent. The upgrade packs bring a great diversity to the type of strategy you want to go for, totally worth buying all of them. Although, I think there should be more levels.
