The app chat support team are not willing to help or accommodate any request, they have one answer to every request, which is we can guarantee to fix the maid, rate her and if she is available we will send her, the company doesn’t have a phone number to call. Only what’s chatting and noone replies 
The social media team, have the same answer of chat team. 
I don’t see where is the راحة in sending different maid every time, who i need to explain to her what to do everytime

The maid arrived two hours late on a Thursday night, so I told them I’ll only be at home for another two hours and then I have to go out for dinner, they said no we can’t keep her, so send us an email to reschedule. I did and they rejected rescheduling or refund and I lost my money without any service. Such a scam

It’s so hard to get in touch with someone from the company on the phone and when you finally do, they don’t have any answers and ask you to check the availability and price of services on the app. When you do check the app, there are no services to choose from because they provide you with an empty list of services so you don’t really see or understand the availability of the service and you can’t pick any specific package. Completely useless.
