Love it! Comes in clutch evey time when I need some money!

I was locked out of the app and Rain is unable to reset my password or provide a temporary - very frustrating - will change stars if and when I can get in to the app

App just stealing your information, you get to the employers tab and there’s no employers found they don’t have no company’s listed there

You would think you could reset your password with the email you signed up with..nope. When you call they can’t help. They end up messaging you via email with the same questions but still no assistance. They don’t reset it. They don’t update anything. They don’t give you a temporary or link. Nothing. They once gave an option to sign in with google and that’s what I chose. It’s easier and I do more than half of anything I sign up with, with that. No that feature is gone and every time I try to reset my password it says error or that I can’t. Then it says I maxed out how many times I can request and to try again in a few HOURS. No links sent, nothing.

Trying to get ahold of an agent is extremely difficult. They will leave you on read for hours or even days.

Recently had an issue using this where I went to transfer a chunk of my check in my account for bills and it’s been over a week. Tried to get help from them and have been getting the run around on it so far. Emailed their support and got now answer. Now the pay period from that check has ended and they basically stole that money from me until I see it.

The app never works there always complications with it I recommend ppl use other sources they inconvenience ppl on a consistent basis n jus keep saying there sorry but they do nothing about the problem dnt use this

I should’ve gave it three scars because y’all charge a fee for us to transfer money into our account. I think that’s ridiculous.
