RAK Hospital

My number has been changed in hospital database, when I try to login it sends OTP to new number but in OTP slot it asks for mobile number, what a nonsense application one can ever make. I did visit hospital IT department and as per them they fixed the issue but still it is the same. They are unable to fix since last 2 years. Useless app.

App is useless not loading for IOS. Loading is forever for how many months now. Been uninstalling it and installing but same problem occurs. Please fix this app.

Takes ages to start... if it doesn’t start, you are treated to a locked screen, long shot image of the hospital ... pathetic

When you try to do anything it prompts you to register and when you try to register it tells you to upload your ID but then doesn’t allow you to upload.

U don’t know what to do, can’t upload, not clear

Since the new update the app has not been working. Hope this will be fixed …

لماذا لا يوجد لغة عربية ف التطبيق !!؟

Been trying to login to this app for the last one hour, keeps asking for my valid ID number. Tried passport, ID and and nothing works. PCR tests don’t get updated on the Al Hosn App, RAK hospital suggested I download this app, but cannot even login

The Previous version was much better than this one, what a waste of time spending long time just to try to log in,I had to repeat my register process many times, I’m definitely deleting this app .

RAK Hospital App is not at all useful. It is waste of time. Whenever I enter mobile number and password it is simply says incorrect password. When I click on forget password and create a new password which is successfully created then again went for login then the same issue incorrect password. It’s a waste of time. I will give zero rating.
