RAK bank mobile app has single-handedly decided to become so secure that is has become unusable. 
It is apparently now mandatory to register for RAK token. Registration process is primitive and cumbersome. It demands multiple steps, including debit card PIN which RAK bank has conveniently forgotten to deliver to us!
Is this a comedy or a tragedy? Most certainly, it is not fun!

I’m so sorry to say that no one take even phone calls or live chat keep me for more than 15 mints on hold with lovely voice messages and music even in calling from overseas 
As I know when they keep number for overseas callers it’s mean a priority as many require urgent service of possible loss of cards or stolen cards,,,,,.ext. but I’m so sorry to say the call center service was not able to even respond same the live chat just keeping messages all are busy. Keep 15 mints no one responding too. ????

I have been having functionality problems since a month ago with my iPhone 14 Pro, with the top back arrow and the three dots, they are hidden behind the battery percentage and the clock, whenever I press on the 3 dots or the back arrow, nothing happens, I have to close the app and start again with the same issue.
I changed to iPhone 15 Pro Max with bigger screen thinking the problem will be solved with bigger screen but the problem still exists on all iPhones models! 
Please fix this issue asap as it’s very annoying!

I recently opened a business a point with RakBank after 7 years of banking with another local bank.
The difference is insane. RakBank you have simplified the process and made it so much more user friendly. The other banks seem like they do not want you to transact.
From making transactions, to accessing transaction history, every process is a breeze.
Thank you to the team behind this, you are a boon to sme’s.

I have quite a. Few apps for quite a few UAE banks . currently around 8 are active
This is app is easily one of the worst 
-buggy
-Clunky UI
-cant access info quickly
-not leveraging Face ID , (almost all other banks use Face ID. RAK only has Face ID for quick balance which is not useful )
- Unintuitive placement of UI elements 
- Not responsive live chat  ( but that’s the same case with other banks , but at least in some cases the auto bots are helpful)
-digital banking is very important , hope Rakbank can improve their app , I recently I shifted all my retails and house billing to another bank simply for the ease of payment on app.
