Viber plus and support

Unfortunately the service and support are seriously so bad and ticket was closed without even solving the problem. I paid money for the Viber plus and it never worked at all! And they made me pay 3 times. I am so disappointed! I will delete the app and I canceled my subscription and didn’t get a refund even! I don’t recommend it to anyone

Most common bug messages won’t be received unless you open the app ! Specifically with ios 18.

Viber is blocking my number

I just got a new Esim from a Virgin store. I download Viber and when I tried to use it Viber blocked my number saying that was used by a spammer. I seek assistance but there is no way that Viber can unblock it. The "Unblock Number - Support Bot" is useless. I search in the web and found out that many people are in the same situation. If you accept the support of a technician to "Unblock the number" they ask you to pay 5$ refundable they say, but I doubt. For me is nice scheme of Viber to make money out of people. How can my newly acquired cellphone number from Virgin was used by a scammer? It is Viber the is the scammer!!!!!!!In the web there are too many people victim of their scam!

Why i keep getting no service eventhough im using wifi while registering my account? Can you fix this problem?

Lagging is a problem

So latley when I try to open the app it laggs a lot. Deleting contacts or, Leaving groups is not an option for me because everytime I try to it starts lagging. Calls don’t have the best quality as well when I pay for 5 gigabite network. And last but not least Deleting the app is not an option and I don’t know why. I hope you do something about it
