Terrible customer service, there is literally none. The app is terrible too. Nobody cares.

La vieja confiable

First rappi pro cannot be booked anymore- with the same credit card food ordering is working Sscond everytime when i want to order rappi corrects the currency from cop to eur for my creditcard - i dont want this change and why doni need to resave my settings? Is this here a scam try with bad currency conversion. There is NEVER a case where you are offering a better rate than visa/mastercard

Map interface which is suppose to show you the driver is so laggy and the delivery time is never correct. App feels half baked compared to European or US competitors.

They give you good coupons from time to time

I figured out about this app while traveling to Medellin. I can’t say about other cities, but it work super well here. You can order anything you can only imagine to yourself and in 99% of the cases it comes super fast, couriers are very friendly and careful with your order and if anything goes wrong you can always contact Rappi for help, or directly the shop or the restaurant. Highly recommend getting it!

Son incompetentes

Don’t order groceries here! If the driver decides to cancel the order you wait 15 days for a refund. Terrible service! Uber eats just charges when the delivery takes place.

Está aplicación es una estafa total. Hice una orden y por accidente puse qué yo misma la recogeria. Me comunico con soporte ya qué la quería a domicilio, me dicen que no se puede hacer nada... Qué pida un rappi favor. Pido el rappi favor, cuando el chico llega a recoger mi orden la orden ya aparece cómo completada y el código ha desaparecido.. Al rappi favor le dan un código completamente diferente qué no coincide con el de la orden. Al final el restaurante por amabilidad decide enviarme la orden pero a ellos nunca les pagaran esa orden y el domiciliario se verá afectado. Rappi no soluciona y dice que no me reembolsarán...
