**The Official RateBeer App**
RateBeer is widely recognized as the most in-depth and accurate source for beer information and beer ratings. RateBeer is a global destination dedicated to serving the craft beer community through beer education, promotion and outreach.
The RateBeer App allows you to tap into RateBeer’s vast database. You can easily search by beer name and find all the information you need to decide if you will enjoy a beer or not. Additionally, keep a history of all the beers you try with the new, intuitive scoring system so you can rate beer and remember what you did and didn’t like.
Note that this is our first try at a RateBeer app, so we’ll need your feedback to make it better. Give feedback via the in-app feedback button on the Help page!

The latest update makes login function crash. You can see the login icon, but after entering all information the screen becomes white and then the app just close....

Won’t open after registration. Deleted and finding other ways to enjoy beer.

App is annoying and doesn’t function 80% of the time
The search function is garbage. It now permanently says “oops” and some message about unable to search. Doesn’t matter what is entered. Some update ruined the function. Even when working, the app is irritating to use. Mobile website is more functional. Why do ratings have to be entered on two steps? Let me write my narrative on the same screen as my numerical rating. These are often done by users in tandem!! Smell, notes, rating - taste, notes, rating - etc. This isn’t rocket science.
Waste of space, ruins the website
You can't rate a beer on RateBeer using the RateBeer app. It also forces you to use the app instead of the mobile website. Use BeerBuddy if you need a native app.
Rating beers is challenging
Unable to rate beers using the 5 scores that you would in browser. Search functions are pretty limiting. Unsure what this app achieves that using the site in browser (even on mobile) doesn't provide.
