They take way longer to respond than 24 hours. Even after that they didn’t respond until I reached out again 3 days later and my request was still not resolved.

My instructor called Tracy, she is absolute superstar. So helpful, understanding and calm. Just what I needed after not driving for 22 years ( only driven for a month back than and never in this country). She gave me all the knowledge, confidence and support,so now I am able to drive , thanks to her. I give 5** feedback for Tracy and the company itself, as they were so lovely to set up everything for me, give me all the information I needed, customer service is outstanding.

I was then directed to download the app which is phenomenal and user friendly. I was matched with a driving instructor in 10 minutes. Luckily he’s fantastic and says I should be ready in 10 hours. Couldn’t be happier. The app is flawless. Make payments, talk to your instructor, change instructors. I am seriously impressed. I recommend Rated Driving to anyone.
