Giving this a low rating when it comes to cash transfer from Diskartech to Gcash. I encountered an issue when I transfer from my Diskartech account to Gcash account of my brother, it says that I already sent the amount but my brother didn't recieved the money and my account balance was deducted. Such an inconvinience.

The app took my money worth more than 27k!!l when I tried to pay bill the app errored out but after few days my money was taken away. It took me forever to be connected to cutomer service and until now there is no update on my lost money! I recently lost 2000 pesos in a frustrating experience with DiskarTech. On October 8, I attempted to pay two internet bills through their app. However, at the final step, I received an error message indicating that the transaction could not be processed. Naturally, I assumed the money would remain in my account since the app explicitly said the payment couldn't go through.

I switched to GCash and successfully paid the bills. But when I checked my DiskarTech account the next day, October 9, I saw a debit memo that had almost wiped out my savings. As a student with limited funds, this was a huge blow. I contacted RCBC, only to be told that their bank and DiskarTech have separate customer service departments, so I had to reach out to DiskarTech via email.

I immediately emailed them, and after a back-and-forth, they claimed the payment had gone through, despite no record of an advance payment with our internet provider.

Now, the issue is still unresolved, and despite repeatedly asking for updates, I’ve heard nothing for almost a week. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my money back. I'm sharing this to warn others about DiskarTech's poor service to prevent anyone else from going through the same frustrating experience.

Ps. Would’ve send 0 rating if possible since that’s what they deserve!!!!!!

Pasado sa Pasado Loan pero di makapagloan. Nag-eerror. Subukan muli mamaya. Yan lage ang sinasabi. Nakailang emails na pero grabe ang tagal ng sagot at bakit di nila magawan ng sagot kung bakit di makaproceed pra sa ssunod na proseso. August 16 pa naaproved pero gang ngayon walang sagot ang Diskartech kung bakit di ako makapagloan kahit pasado nman sa Padado Loan. Mukhang di pa sila handa at ang kanila app. Sana maaksyunan pra mabago ko ang review ko sa kanila. Salamat.
