I always try to sign up and connect my credit cards however it always say “There’s nothing a few taps wont fix.” Customer Service can’t answer my questions as well and they keep on saying call another number. I also visited tehir branch and their advise is not helpful as well. Hope someone can help me here.

App issues ongoing for WEEKS! When I emailed Customer Care, I was advised to go to the branch account. I’ve encountered multiple problems right from opening the account! Very unacceptable for one of the biggest banking institution in the Philippines.

I have multiple offers for the payday loan but bot showing on my app… I sent an email its more than a week already no response.. Also you cant load your phone using your app. Always an error regardless of what telco you wanna buy a load from.

When trying to log in, an error occurs: User is already logged-in. How am I logged-in when I am trying to log in. Please fix this issue. There is also an issue transaction history discrepancies.

This app is not helpful and NOT USER FRIENDLY. The options are not available when logging in.

The transaction history for savings account is not updated and there’s no running balance every transaction unlike other banking app
