Literally will not open once I log in, just continually crashes. You have to reinstall just to attempt logging in again, and resetting system ram does not work. iPad 5th gen on 17.4.1

This app is ridiculously a nuisance. You constantly have to download the book. It is ridiculous, annoying, and uncalled for.

In order to use this app you must sign in to your account. But there is no option to create an account.

You literally have to download the textbook multiple times. Once you are offline it doesn’t even load anymore. This needs to be fixed as fast as possible. Very disappointed.

The app closes on its own after downloading the book and need download the book every time you open the app.

I don’t wan5 to have to download the textbook each time I want to open it up. Even when I open it and go to the home page, then open it, it’ll make you download again to open the textbook up.

not once has logging in ever showed me the book I’m reading. this app just straight up doesn’t work

It does not make sense to keep redownloading the book everytime I open the app. I paid a steep price to access the textbook that I need for my college course just for it to be cumbersome to use.

I have to download the book every time I open it and 9/10 times it gives a failed to extract error so I can’t read my book

In the app you can’t write anything so you buy the book and you just can’t write in them
