I bought the Spanish app and I’ve had nothing but problems with it since. It seems like every time I turn the app on it can’t load up. It doesn’t recognize me several times. I deleted the app and reloaded it to make it work. I’m having big problems with it, very disappointed. It’s been a while and this app hasn’t improved. I like the app, but it doesn’t work very well. Doing it. Two stars is a gift!
I like it
It’s a very nice way to improve German reading skills for A1-C. The vocabulary trainer is also quite good with one glaring problem. As you accumulate words to practice, you’ll place them in categories reflecting how well you know each word. The glitch is triggered if you’re reviewing a category of, say, ‘Good’ words, meaning that you feel close to having them memorized, and you decide to go read another short story. You cannot exit the word training without finishing all the words in the category you are in. So, if you have 50 ‘Good’ words you’re practicing and decide after doing 15, that you’d like to exit and read some stories, the app will not let that happen until you’ve reviewed all 50 words. There is a ‘back’ arrow but it fails to function on the iPad.
This is amazing! I love the way this app is created for people like me that needs to find the meaning, translation (cause English is my second language), repetition of words or phrases by listening and speaking, etc. in the moment. I enjoy it! The stories, the exercises, the quizzes; EVERYTHING! Thank you , thank you, thank you…! I promised myself I will keep practicing everyday of the week and I WILL.
I like this App for the stories and the ability to, both read them myself, but also have the App read them to me. Key grammar and words are highlighted separately for further learning opportunities.

This app is great for learning new words while working on reading comprehension. I like the flashcard feature and how easy it is to modify it to fit your skill level and abilities.
I’m seriously considering buying the premium version
