Leider hat die App extrem nach gelassen. Es trackt manches gar nicht. Der Fortschritt wird zurück gesetzt. Und alles überschrieben. Macht keinen Spaß mehr.

Fortschritte werden nicht übernommen. Abgeschlossene Bücher werden vertauscht. Es funktioniert nichts. App wieder gelöscht.

Nachdem bei mir ständig irgendwelche bugs aufgetreten sind und seit Monaten nicht verschwinden, werde ich mir eine andere App runterladen. Ist zwar schade, weil ich dann die ganzen Daten manuell übertragen muss, aber kann man nichts machen.

Ich nutze die App jetzt schon ewig und bin eigentlich so verliebt... leider habe ich in letzter Zeit nur Probleme und meine ganzen Daten/Statistik ist seit Ende November auf einmal verschwunden... aber in den Listen ist alles da. Es fehlen 8 gelesene Bücher und alles was ich in der Zeit gelesen habe..Ich verstehe es nicht und bekomme per Support auch leider keine Antwort bzw. Hilfe. Enttäuschend!

I moved to this app from Storygraph (which let me export my library without a problem), first thing I noticed was that my „read“ group was not merged with the built-in „completed“ group of Reado. So I had two „Read“ groups, which was kind of annoying but not a huge deal.

The huge deal was I didn’t find an export button. What if I want to move to another app? What if I need a backup? I don’t want to type in hundreds of books! It’s not cool to force your users to stay with your app!!

Für mich als lese Einsteigerin ist die App der absolute Wahnsinn super easy zu bedienen schön aufgebaut bis her keine Probleme gehabt

Ich nutze die App nun schon seit Jahren… sie ist einfach toll. 

Wenn man Probleme hat ist das READO-Team immer sehr nett und hilft weiter. 

Ohne die App hätte ich schon längst den Überblick über meine Bücher verloren und hätte das ein oder andere bestimmt mehr als ein mal.

Ich empfehle die App auf jeden Fall allen Bookies die einen Überblick haben und wissen wollen was sie lesen und welche Bücher sie besitzen

### **--- "Viele Bugs aktuell"
Hab die App eigentlich immer sehr gemocht. Mittlerweile sind aber viele Probleme aufgetaucht. Ich kann Lesefortschritte nur noch für den aktuellen Tag erfassen. Früher ging es auch für die Vergangenheit. Meine Bücher sind ständig auf 100% gelesen und ich muss die App schließen bevor ich meinen Fortschritt eintragen kann. Oft klappt es nicht mal dann. Und wie gerade beschrieben. Am nächsten Tag kann ich den Fortschritt nicht mehr rückdatieren. Dann stürzt die App einfach auch ständig ab. Schade das die App so auf dem Abwärtstrend ist. Frage mich woran es liegt. Wenn es weiter so schlecht ist werde ich sie deinstallieren und auf eine andere Tracking App umsteigen.

…aber was genau ist da im Moment los liebes READO-Team? Bücher verschwinden aus Listen, Lesefortschritte werden random komplett zurückgesetzt und die App lädt nicht. Ich habe die App wirklich gerne genutzt und ein paar kleine Bugs sind ja in Ordnung. Aber wenn man die App u.A. nutzt um einen Überblick über die Bücher zu halten, die man zu Hause hat und dann nicht alle Bücher aufgelistet sind macht halt einfach keinen Sinn und ist unpraktisch und frustrierend. Wie gesagt. Ich habe die App sehr gerne genutzt, fand sie super intuitiv zu bedienen und hilfreich. Auch der soziale Aspekt der App und die Idee dahinter sind super. Aber aktuell finde ich es einfach nur traurig, dass das anscheinend vorhandene Programmierwissen dazu genutzt wird, irgendwelche (sorry, aber) unwichtige Funktionen für „Premium“-Mitglieder zu erstellen anstatt die akuten und anscheinend bei vielen Nutzern auftretenden und gemeldeten Fehlfunktionen zu fixen. Schade ist auch, dass man die Daten nicht exportieren kann. Kann man „Kundenbindung“ nennen…ein Fremddatenimport geht… traurig. Ich begebe mich dann mal auf die Suche nach einer neuen App welche ich parallel nutzen werde, in der Hoffnung dass das Team die Fehler mal behebt…auch wenn das Stunden meiner Zeit kosten wird um die Daten zu übertragen…vielleicht werde ich auch komplett wechseln.
