Real Rewards

Downloaded app 3 times, and each time it wouldn’t finish loading, no matter how long I left it.

Recently went into the app and am met with a shop with collection/delivery screen with no option to escape it. I want to use my loyalty card which I cannot do now and use my offers which I cannot also do. I see the home screen for a split second before this white page loads.

Doesn’t load onto my iPhone as an app. I have to google it each time I shop. I can see I am not alone with this problem.

It’s good but when I scan my card it won’t let me press next

I can’t download the app because it is set to 17+ and I have age restrictions set on my phone (kids). However, the Supervalu shopping app is 12+ and you are able to purchase alcohol on that app…..

Why every time I shope at Hickson Super value I have to re instal Real value App?

Can added to Apple wallet. Tried on 2 different phones.

Please provide digital receipt option like Lidl. I need receipts but I also don’t want to create paper waste.

I’ve never managed to get the app to open unfortunately. I think it has something to do with the fact that I’ve been using the website for shopping so I have an account but I don’t have a real rewards card. I’d like to get a real rewards card but I’ve failed to do that online. I’ve tried everything including deleting the app, the cache etc
