Recall Alert & Safety News Notification

This is a very nice app. My only gripe with it is that it’s not specific to my country (USA), continuing to give me info for the UK, and USA and others places. It’s a lot of going through the information to find the recalls for my area. I have tried contacting the company to find out how to go about adjusting the app to my region, but I never get a reply. Hopefully, this review will prompt the company to update their app so I can update the region. Other than that, I find the info very good, the app notification is very helpful. The app doesn’t crash, and it is an abundance of very useful information and resources!

Great time saving site

….it’s a very frustrating program to use. If you enable notifications it will notify you on various recalls and such (by categories you pre select) as it should. However if you tap on an alert it will sometimes take you to the actual alert and sometimes it doesn’t. And sometimes it will take you to an ad and if/when you clear the ad it takes you to something completely unrelated and the original article is now where to be found. If you go back to the main menu to look for the alerted article it’s now where to be found! This frustrating routine makes the alerts kinda useless, and I got the program to be alerted to recalls that may affect me…….so I’m left with trying to decide if this is worth the frustration or if I should find a different program.

App is in need of major improvements. Sort button no longer works, app is not optimized for iPhone X and newer. This app needs to be updated regularly as new recalls happen every day!

I think you need to include aviation market scam too.

I don’t live in England or Canada so I don’t need those alerts. Can’t find any place in app that I can specify US alerts only.

I love reading valuable information.

But weird that it embeds all the articles so you can’t share and warn others without googling original article.

I get too many alerts on my phone that do not pertain to my country. It gets to be too much. Is there a way to be able to sort by country?

Television doesn’t tell a person about recalls anymore. I am so happy for this app. Now I know what items to watch out for.
