RecallCue Dementia Day Clock

I’m using the free version right now to see if I want to pay for the extra features. I’ve got an old iPad that I’m using for my mom to be able to see the day of the week from across the room. Works GREAT! Also, I had a question for the developer and he responded the next day - very helpful. I definitely recommend this developer and the free version. I’ll update this review later after I upgrade.

Amazing for the patient and amazing for the families as well!!

I take care of my grandmother who has dimentia. This app is incredible. It solves so many challenges and makes her feel more connected and oriented. You can update from your phone across town. There’s a FaceTime option that you can set up to auto answer which is a game changer because grandma isn’t great with technology and struggles to work the iPad without guidance. You can play music through it for your loved one too. This app is so worth every penny and has already made our lives so much easier. I can not recommend it enough.

The “RecallCue Day Clock” app turned my old tablet into EXACTLY the clock my husband needs! I also downloaded “RecallCue Connect” and found it easy to use. I LOVE that with “Connect” on my phone I can add appointments to the clock as I make the appt, I don’t have to wait until I get home. I LOVE that family members can add their own reminders of when they plan to drop by, or they can just add note. I’m a huge fan!! The two RecallCue apps are way better than what I thought I’d ever find!!

Why do you need so much of my info/data collection for this app? Not much privacy here

I was really impressed with the developer support. I had a feature request and within a few weeks it was released. This is the most robust solution out there for dementia/Alzheimer’s care

This app is perfect for anyone caring for a loved one with dementia or any other type of memory loss. The screens are clear and easy to understand, and it is designed to be “hands off” so the person using it needs to technical knowledge. My mom has 2, one in bedroom and one in living room. She loves it and if it ever goes off she calls right away to see what happened. She has told me she can’t live without her clock! Thank You!

This is awesome for reminding my father who is going to take him where and who is bringing in dinner. I have seen great improvements over he last year. Thanks for keeping this going.

I downloaded the app and created a login. After providing login information and pressing the LOG IN button nothing happens. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it with the same results.
