This app has given me more anxiety than probation has on its own miss a check in you could be sanctioned but the app will say you’ve checked in then you check the app because maybe you actually get a notification 80% of the time you won’t and guess what your check in actually didn’t go through if it happened once or twice it wouldn’t be a huge deal but it happens all the time so I check the app 30 times a day to make sure

Doesn’t work for iPhone 16’s. Will only work if you have a old phone or android

Terrible app never lets me check in on time-shy

This app stores facial recognition ,long after you are off probation the information u upload will be used in a database to track you through life, the images will be used to identify u at red lights , gas stations, grocery stores, and so on… these types of apps sell your data and information as do all other apps….enter at your own court ordered risk

This app has so many problems. Users need to be very careful as it is not accurate, malfunctions, does not provide notifications, and wipes out your information. ALWAYS KEEP TRACK IF YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF RECONNECT!!

Used to be much better with notifications, but for the last few days, no notifications or alarms so have reverted to instant check ins.

Works great and helps keeps me on track and organized!

The app continuously pops up notification that says “Testing App Connection” and aside from being irritating, it reduces my battery life by 30%. This started happening a few months ago after an update. Please fix this.

Why does it say three days without violations when I borrow a phone and check in every day?

This app doesn’t work properly. How am I supposed to know to check in if no notification pops up?!? Luckily this time I was smart to check the app due to my phone lighting up but nothing had popped up so it was strange it vibrated with no banner to indicate the reason! Fix this please
