It’s really helpful to subscribe to getting reminders. They automatically sync to my smartphone’s calendar so I can see what is being collected and when. I also appreciate the added info on where to recycle certain items that do not go in the bins such as light bulbs and appliances which I have many of! I also have contacted the email address recently when I had a question and they responded the same day. Great service!

Opens to a pop up and freezes there. Every time. Useless.

Never sure if it’s our week for pick up. Source of info on recycling matters also.

Nice to not wonder when it’s collection day. I don’t always get the paper calendar.
