The first time you lost my parcel and offered to make a free replacement, and the second time I never received the parcel, the status of the second order was not updated :) I can't contact your operators through the support service, only one bot answers me, and that's not what I need :))

Запускается и начинаю вылезать всплывашки с купонами. И все и так до бесконечности куда б не жал. Как вообще с такими багами приложение попало в аппстор?

I ordered stickers and hoodies in Russia and the delivery was till 10th dec, guess what? Still nothing. The worst thing is that I can’t track it. I PAID $20 FOR DELIVERY AND I CAN’T TRACK IT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The support doesn’t want to solve anything, they just put blame on Russian post 👍🏻 Make it fkng free and don’t charge $20+ for untracked orders 🤢

Заказал футболку, на почту пришло оповещение о том что заказ отправлен, прошло уже 2 месяца а его так и нет. Трек-номера не было, написал в поддержку-тишина. Т.е. обращение зарегистрировано, ответа на него я так и не получил.

Полтора месяца назад я заказал с redbubble свитшот написали что поедет в течении 2-х недель она не пришла я написал в поддержку и мне сказали ждите месяц я ждал месяц написал и они просто молчат и игнорирую мои Сообщения это мошенники вот так они у меня украли 4000
