This is defiantly a malicious app you never see anywhere else, it will recommend you something that is relevant to something as part of your conversation, even though you are have your phone screen shut. Yes, it is listening to you, encroaching your privacy all the time!!! 
Also, there are so many users assaulting strangers on it for no reason, when you report them, the app says that there is no evidence of unpleasant behaviour. Yes, the app is encouraging people be an aggressive user on it.
