Das heißt, du siehst die Resultate deiner harten Arbeit nicht nur in Redpoint, sondern kannst auch in der Health App und der Activity App die Ergebnisse sehen. Nach jeder Session gibt dir Redpoint detaillierte Informationen zu deinen Aufstiegen: Die Gesamthöhe, deine Herzfrequenz, die Dauer und natürlich am Wichtigsten: Redpoint gibt dir Vorschläge für einen persönlichen Trainingsplan, um noch besser zu Klettern auf Grundlage der getragen Daten. Noch ein paar Worte für die Interessierten: Wie funktioniert das eigentlich? Duch komplexe Machine-Learning Algorithmen kann die Apple Watch direkt Kletterbewegungen klassifizieren. In der neuen Apple Watch Series 3 wird das eingebaute Barometer verwendet, um relative Höhenunterschiede festzustellen. That has changed with the latest update. Especially on the watch, the app is extremely confusing, sports have been removed, and it is absolutely no longer intuitive to use. The smartest thing would be to roll back and make the old design available again, but I assume you, as the developers, aren’t that smart. And only english since update!! Man hat eine große Auswahl an Disziplinen. Von Bouldern über Vorstieg bis zu Free solo (und noch viele mehr) ist alles dabei. Man kann für alle Disziplinen auswählen, was für Schwierigkeitsstufen verwendet wurden. Das ist zum Beispiel für Boulder gut, welche keine UIAA Skala haben. Dort wird von einfach bis sehr schwer unterteilt. Wenn man einen beispielsweise Boulder geschafft hat, gibt man auf der Uhr einfach die Schwierigkeit an, danach gibt man an ob man den Boulder geschafft, geflasht nicht geschafft (usw) hat. Damit ist der Boulder aufgezeichnet. Wenn man eine Treppe hochgeht pausiert man einfach. Ein ,,nicht geschafft“ im Free Solo Modus ist genau mein Humor, Wenn man die Session beendet hat, dann synchronisiert sich die Apple Watch mit dem iPhone. So kann man sich Daten wie die Herzfrequenz, Höhe, die verbrannten Cal usw. Übersichtlich auf dem iPhone ansehen. -- MKUdII, 2022-10-30 ### *---- "Höhenmeter nicht korrekt" Die App an sich klingt im Grunde sehr gut. Leider werden die Höhenmeter nicht richtig gemessen. Wenn ich stehen bleibe, verändert sich die Angabe dennoch. So bin ich innerhalb von einer Minute drei Meter höher gestiegen obwohl ich mich nicht bewegt habe.
