Reelsapp: reel & video editor

The app simply doesn’t work, I’ve tried multiple times in the free mode after the subscription to their instragram page as required.

Hi I just bought the trial app for 3 days to check it up and surprise no trial money where taken straight away from my account yearly !!!!! Refund

Dear Sir&Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with the Reels App, specifically regarding the refusal to refund my subscription fee, despite my cancellation occurring before the end of the 3-day free trial period. I signed up for the Reels App on 03.08.24 and was offered a 3-day free trial. I decided to cancel my subscription on 03.08.24, well within the trial period, believing that I would not be charged. However, to my surprise, a charge of £59.99. I immediately contacted your customer service department on 03.08.24 to request a refund, but my request was denied. I find this unacceptable as it contradicts the terms of the free trial offer. According to your terms and conditions, users who cancel within the trial period should not incur any charges. I request that you process a full refund to my account immediately. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift resolution.

There is an option of 3 days free trial. When I signed up to free trial they tried to take off my card the yearly payment of £60!!! Thank God my bank reacted and blocked the payment to proceed by freezing my credit card. FRAUD IN THE MIDDLE OF SUNNY DAY!

This app is a life saver for social media managers but it would be good to have more templates added as at the moment there’s only 1 being added every 1-2 days and quite a lot of the time they aren’t trending music. So more upbeat trending songs would be great!

I have to save 5 times or more my reels. It didn’t save what I choose and put back the begin of video.. Hope you will solve this BUG in the next update.

Love using the app for my business. One thing I find myself doing that could be an easy improvement is to file the reels into a couple of sections as well as the sounds and type by :- 1, file them under picture numbers in reel 2, length of reel If you could see without clicking on them all to see which length of reel your looking for and also one that matches the number of pics/vids you have that would be awesome

I’m really enjoying this app, one thing that would help this app be amazing would be for it to show you how many photos can be added to each reel without having to click into each feel to find out. Thanks
