Ugh where do I have to begin! First thing every time I log in the app they ask me to verify my email! And the email never get verified although I’m doing everything right!! The customer service is horrible I waited for 4 hours to get an answer!!! And didn’t really serve me well

I have contacted the customer support multiple times, they take too long to respond and if they do so and I don’t not reply in five minutes they end the conversation. The app doesn’t open on my new phone and I have contacted the customer support more than 10 times and still they did not solve my problem!

Been using it since it came out as my main savings and free lance work account. Great app, UI needs a lot of work, performance lags, and navigation is a pain between pages. In the beginning their customer care was very proactive and now it’s horrible, you have to wait for hours till they reply to your WhatsApp and when they do they give you a minute to respond otherwise they close the chat! They take forever to reply to your message. A lot of work needs to be done to make this app not seem like a high school student personal project

تم إبلاغي من قِبل موظف بأنني أستطيع تفعيل البطاقة، لكنه لم يوضح لي أن هناك طريقتين للتفعيل. فقمت بتفعيلها من خلال تطبيق الضمان بطريقة خاطئة. وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وطلب فك مدة الانتظار، قيل لي للأسف لا يمكن ذلك.

سألت عن أماكن تواجد مكاتبكم، وتم إخباري بأنه لا يوجد مكاتب! كيف ممكن لشركة بنكية ألا يكون لها فروع لمراجعة الزبائن؟ في حال حدوث أي مشكلة، من أراجع؟ حتى المساعد الذكي الجديد غير مرتبط بشكل جيد، فكيف سيحل مشكلة مثل الانتظار؟

أتمنى منكم المساعدة أو توجيهي للطريقة المناسبة لحل المشكلة. وشكرًا لتعاونكم.

I can say that you have the worst customer support ever! 
The support is only available via Whatsapp, and you must wait an hour (literally) to talk to someone. AND THE BIG SURPRISE they took more than 15 mins to reply to each message! They don’t apologize anddd they ended the conversation suddenly. I don’t know what this is!

WhatsApp متاحون فقط على وفي معظم الأوقات لن تحصل على أحد لمساعدتك وحتى لو
كنت محظوظا وأحد
ساعدك الموظفون، لديهم
موقف غريب ويستجيبون ببطء
شديد ويتظاهرون بعدم فهمك ولا يقدمون لك الكثير من المساعدة كما ينبغي،
سيساعدونك فقط للحصول على إجابة واحدة وبعد المساعدة في القلق الأول، سينهون الدردشة على الفور
دون السؤال عما إذا كانت لديك شكلات أو مخاوف أو أسئلا
