This app is about so much more than drinking less. It is helping me get unstuck and deal with the issues of the ‘why’ I was drinking.

For me, this app is about more than cutting back on alcohol. It is about becoming the best version of me.

Love the Reframe App,at first I wasn’t sure. But with in a week I new I belonged & learned so much about what alcohol do to our bodies. I found the App also really following each individual & that where I think it’s amazing. Cause it sends you customised information to your specific needs & journey. I recommend this App to so many of my friends & they love it too. We all share our morning reads & we never receive the same read. Cause as we know everyone’s recovery is different.

I am soo upset and disappointed that I have no way of contacting individuals so I can get my refund. I never signed up for a yearly subscription and when I woke up this morning R1999 was gone from my account, I am left distraught and highly disappointed that this could happen. I was on a 7 day trial period and had not selected any subscription as yet and also had not put my card details as I still needed to consider if I was to subscribe or not. Even if I had been given the choice to subscribe which I was not I was just robbed into this. I would not have signed up for a yearly subscription . Can someone please make contact with me, I desperately need my money back.

In the end of the day there are many platforms out there to assist people to change for the better, but ultimately your own willpower is the basic ingredient for success! Keep focusing on your endgoal, and go for gold!

Brilliant tool - excellent motivational exercises and tracking

The reframe app has helped me to reach my objective of being alcohol free. It puts a well structured framework that contains realistic tools and tasks to keep engaged and consistent to achieve positive results.

i’m early days but i have read and listened to alcohol related information for years. Done plant journeys. made headway BUT reframe is diverse and comes from so many angles including integration of not just mind and body but our most sacred self.
