## RegionApp Description
Convenient, modern, and user-friendly interface in the updated RegionApp:

Order a taxi with just one click:
• Simply determine your location and press the "Order" button; you can always provide the driver with the destination address later.

In RegionApp, you can:
• Access the transportation services you need.
• Estimate the trip cost from point A to point B.
• Reach any destination within or outside the city.
• Track the status of your trips.
• Monitor the driver's route.
• Stay in touch with the driver without leaving the app.

New features available in the app:
• Card payment (add your bank cards to the app for trip payments).
• Payment at the end of the trip (choose your preferred payment method upon arrival at the destination address).
• Family account (your relatives and loved ones can easily travel by taxi at your expense).
• Ride-sharing (travel, send parcels, or take a companion in your desired direction at the price you want).
• Bonus program (earn bonuses from your trips and from trips of friends you invite; share bonuses with friends or use them to pay for your trips).

After completion:
• Remember to rate the service quality and the app performance.
• You can review all the details of your trips in the "Trip History" section.

Это какой то кошмар,я два раза меняла дом с 13 на 1 так как находилась возле 1 дома .И вроде все поменяла но когда такси поехало адрес отобразился  все равно 13

Дурацкое приложение. То зависает, то не реагирует на «уже выхожу» и начинает считать простой, когда уже сидишь в такси. Нет возможности выбора машины с пометкой «комфорт», т.к берут заказ машины далеко от комфорта. Отвратительно работают геоданные, постоянно нужно  по карте искать вручную адреса.

Артықшылықтары: бағасы тиімді, көбіне жақсы көліктер келеді, бастысы, отандық қосымша👍🏻
Кемшіліктері: тұрақты баға жоқ, сапар соңында құны өсіп кетуі мүмкін. Күткенге өте көп ақша ұстайды (әрине, клиент жүргізушіні ұзақ күттірмеуі керек). Кейде жүргізушілер жетпей жатып, “күтуді” қосып қояды. Құдай үшін, машина табылғанын жөндеп ескертетін увеломление жасаңыздаршы. Мысалы, даусы шығатын уведом. машина табылды деп, сосын төбесіне шығарып қойып, 5 мин соң келеді деп. 1045 сағ күтіп, басқа программадан такси шақырып кетіп бара жатсаң, такси кеп тұр деп звондайды😭 Сосын навигатордың жұмысын әлі де жөндеу керек. Шикіліктер бар. Тек қана дами беріңіздер! Отандық қосымша бізге керек🤍

Геолокацию авто неправильно отображает, сбивает с толку. Приложение грузиться (открывается)  долго. Ищет долго авто. Цену в конце поездки накручивают, я понимаю 40тг можно закрыть глаза, но не 220 же? И зачем-то звонит??? Нам дверь открывать в такси садиться или на Ваш звонок отвечать? Очень не удобно. Ещё и перезванивают при сбросе

Безопасность клиентов под вопросом так как водители могут без разрешения клиента захотеть взять с собой человека и грубит при этом клиенту. Не могут разделить работу и свою жизнь. Здесь безопасность клиентов уже под вопросом и под шатким положением. Я уже несколько раз писала жалобу на счет этой темы но они отвечают одним шаблоном «проведем беседу». Возможно я уже откажусь от региона и советую так же людям быть осторожными. Так как за вашу безопасность они не могут поручится пока вы ездите с такими водителями. 
!Хотелось бы чтобы взяли уже эту проблему  на рассмотрение !

Научите водителя пользоваться картой!специально стоял не в том месте и включил ожидание! Опаздывала еще и он у меня спрашивает куда идти дальше😤 с вашими ценами можно комфортные машины на линий поставить!в машине было пыльно
