Impossible to get registered despite entering all the required information including name, passport number and mobile phone for a UK number. Why does it not accept my details. Keeps saying oops something is wrong. This should be a straightforward process.

I find this app really frustrating to use. Despite being told I could update my personal data this proved to be impossible. Also frequently get no results when searching for trains - supposedly no trains are available (Malaga to Madrid) yet clearly visible when I go to the website. I’ve given up trying to use it and just use my computer instead. So annoying!

Completely useless app. It doesn’t show hardly any of the trains available. Believe me I am now on a train from Cadiz to Jerez that doesn’t exist on the app. Booked the ticket at the station.

Spent 20 minutes trying to buy a ticket. Endless data entry, unnecessary info such as passport numbers, no link to data or credit cards stored by phone. And at the end, the payment transaction fails repeatedly. Missed our trains.

Tanto la web como el app, son un desastre. Pero he de admitir que el Apple ligeramente mejor que la web hay días que puedes estar horas intentando comprar un billete con fallos que no entiendes. La usabilidad es patética.

Cuando seleccionas un viaje de ida estaría bien poder ver las paradas por las que pasa. En las estaciones a veces solo ponen el destino pero no las paradas y estaría genial poder verlas desde la app.

Be aware that this company may charge you more then the ticket price if you are paying with contact less card. As a reason they will say “you haven’t used your debit card properly” although you can’t get in or out without using your card. To me this sounds like a scam, I don’t know whether there is a regulator that control this type of companies in Spain to stop them ripping off their customers.

Como es posible que no funcione en pantalla horizontal para el iPad?

Worst transport app I’ve ever seen. Never used this app or site, ever. Trying to create an account it suggests my email already exists (not possible) and when I try to reset the password it says “account doesn’t exist”. Really terrible
