2nd time in 2 weeks booked for airport, cab has been 10/15 mins late. Not a good experience, should not take bookings if no cars to fulfil customer bookings.

Works when it works, logs you out every once in a while, doesn’t have all the addresses on the system.

Worst way to book a taxi. Takes ages to assign a driver then still takes money off you when you cancel.

Unable to change the mobile number used on the app. Apart from that good app. Does the job.

I have been a avid user of this app since about 2021, it’s great especially because I do not drive. But the only issue I’ve had with it, is the fact when i book for asap they seem to almost always come on time but when i prebook for a specific time it’s taking 10-15mins just to get a driver. I’m pre-booking for a reason, not because i need the taxi 10mins later because i need it for that specific time.
