If there was an award for most frustrating financial service provider of the year, i will personally ensure this sorry excuse of a company gets it. I am appalled by their services to say the least and if could give zero stars i will. Theres no uniformity in their service delivery. They can’t track or apply themselves to resolving issues. the app has the most stressful User Experience to set up an account, and their customer care???? you’re better off seeing them in person. go in person(which is wild in 2024) or your request for resolution which you will always have will not be attended to and for some reason you’ll be the problem.
