My rental car got scratched by someone else's car while it was parked. Had full insurance from rentalcars (at a super price) and was amazed how quick and easy it was to get my money back. Just an e-mail with three documents. Bravo rentalcars!

Don’t use their services, it’s a middle man that basically rip you off, cancel your rental without information and option for refund. They take no responsibility, you are better off going directly to the rental company.

My booking in Muscat airport was cancelled 1 hour before I arrived. Just like that. Never use it again!

The worst customer service experience. We have already double paid our booking and for 1 month we have no response. We try to communicate but unfortunately no one has ever seen our emails

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My dad made a reservation for a car but made a mistake on the location of drop off. We tried to change it online, couldn’t! We tried calling them, and on a Wednesday there was no one that could talk to us on the phone in greek. As my dad doesn’t speak English I called them and spoke to a really nice lady, I was on the speaker from my dads phone (cause he has to give me permission to change his booking) (let’s note he was at the airport ), we managed to change the booking, we were almost there then the line got cut off cause my dad was literally on the plane at this point and when I called again a really rude woman told me she can’t do anything I would have to get my dad on the phone AGAIN. I explained that he had already given me permission and that I would like to talk to however i was speaking before her. She told me it was not possible. I cancelled the booking online and booked with a different company. The most frustrating part is I literally lost 1:30 hour of my life trying to change this stupid booking AND lost HALF of the money of the booking! Disappointing
