Great app, very convenient and easy to use.

I was trying to book a car from the morning. First things first - you can not book it from the app itself, it will require confirmation over WhatsApp. But guess what - they never get back to you. After calling customer support 6 times in a row and losing half of the day on that company, finally somebody from sales replied and asked for document to book the car. When I was told there is an insurance policy with 20% being paid in case of any accident I've asked what would be the amount, from which value? They disappeared again (for the 7th time). And after calling again and again finally they replied in WhatsApp that the car is not available (while in app it still does). Absolute disrespect towards the client and business processes are absent as a matter. Don't waste your time
