By far the best app I’ve used to track my lifts it’s simple and effective
It’s genuinely the best workout tracking app, I think I’ve been using for nearly 8 years maybe, I’ve got data going all that way back and it’s so easy to use. Get on board!
It’s very easy to use and incredibly useful for ur workouts. Firstly, it’s the only fitness app I’ve seen that uses dark mode and one of the few that lets u make unlimited workouts. It also has settings to add, remove or edit exercises, so u can do whatever exercise u want. Furthermore, it shows u ur pr on exercises when ur working out, meaning that u can always strive to go further and improve. + that’s just the free version. Magnificent app, straight five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Missing things such as supersets and progress data but you can always pay for that. Bit much if you ask me though. But, as far as a free app goes you can’t really complain. Simple. Easy to use and does what it says on the tin. Has definitely helped me progress and keep track of workouts.

Love the customisable and reflective aspects of this app, being able to create your workout plans exactly how you want as well as adding tips and notes for each individual exercise and how so much lifting data is displayed such as max weight, 1 rep max etc. The only thing I have noticed which could be improved is the finish workout button, several times my thumb has hit that button accidentally and the app has finished the workout prematurely - maybe this could be improved by moving this button or asking the user if they’d like to finish their workout
I like the simplicity of the app but missing some key functionality that should be logical such as not universal unit of measurement change
I love this app so much and I would recommend it to anyone, the only thing that I dislike is that it doesn’t seem to use the iOS default spellcheck logic, is this something that can be looked at? It tends to write down whatever I press and that is never a good thing 😂
Best workout app I have ever used! Simple to add routines and programs in, great timer feature and it just takes all the hassle out of logging progress. Need to dig into the reports a little more but I’m really glad I downloaded it
Uncomplicated and easy to navigate! Been looking for something for ages to log my stuff and this is IT! Class, nice one developers. Kudos.
