This app is totally useless and lacks basic functionality. Ridiculous.

Please read the room app dev. The main function of this app is the qr acces. Not only does it sign out randomly on many occasions. It has no biometric login. It also doesn’t open to the qr code first which I would think is the main reason for opening the app

Buggy Need to sign in each time I open it

I have to sign in every day, doesn’t have face recognition and it the most uncomfortable, slow, and frustrating log in system I have ever encountered. I would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible. Designed 10 years ago maybe?

Terrible product. Is not compatible with anything you need to be and the CRM system constantly has faults. Would not recommend any company to use this for their business.

Today the announcement to all members of our gym and tennis club is…”your recently booked classes and tennis reservations have been cancelled….you can re-book on the login portal, once the system is back up and running. We can’t book you in over the phone either.” This was already the worst booking system in the entire world and all bad reviews seem to be ignored.

This is an absolutely terrible app. Constantly logs you out. If you’re a gym owner about to make use of this app, I strongly recommend you avoid it and look elsewhere.

Is the worst gym app. Always logs out. Means extra time in the queue at the gym as to sign it app will not use Apple bio-metrics or autocomplete for password. Who would implement this if they value their gym members?

Just the simple process of signing into the app to get your access QR code only works about 50% of the time. Improve the signing in with a Face ID and a lot of problems will be solved.
