Called in they said wait longer. I bet in the 6 months I’ve been using the app it has logged me about 20-30 times and I am not exaggerating. The app cycle reporting is not helpful at all. Setting a schedule is not intuitive at all and requires you to delete the schedule if you need to make a minor tweek. It would be helpful to have an on demand heat button that was customizable To raise the heat say, 2 or 3 degrees or run for 30 mins exc without pausing the schedule to the next interval. There is a note that says data may take 48 hours to publish (why does it take so long?) but my experience lately has been far worse which leads me to think there’s a bug. Today is 1/6/25 and in week view, I’m not showing any runtime data since 12/22. If I look at month view, all of December is shown but nothing for January. It’d also be helpful to see more detailed view of runtime data (such as time of each on/off cycle) because XX hours XX minutes isn’t that insightful. The app doesn’t allow me to change the temperature to Fahrenheit like every single other app. Scheduling doesn’t work at all. You cannot set it to heat at 6:30am 24C for example, you can only give it a range and it never works Doesn’t work with Alexa either.
