Restaurant Town

I really love the game and want to keep playing it. The game works perfectly on ipad however it has has quite a few display problems on iphone. It would be great if this problem was fixed. Thank you.

I love playing this game, but I tried to make a purchase. They had 1500 gems on sale for $1.99 and I’ve made them purchase. They took my money but I never got my gems. Very upset about that. Try to reach tech-support and it keeps getting an error saying tech-support is not available right now this just happened about two days ago very upset. I only been playing a game about a week, disappointed fan.

I have purchased gems on here and never received them. This developer says they can’t help and to contact Apple Support which I did but Apple can’t give me credit back. I really like this game but you can’t win the challenges when they want you to purchase something with gems. DO NIT WASTE YOUR TIME ON ANY GAMES BY THIS DEVELOPER.

I love restaurant and cooking games. So I decided to try Restaurant Town. I like the graphics and things but when I tried to purchase diamonds, it took my money and I never received any diamonds. I tried to use SUPPORT, but when I clicked on it, it had a message saying CANNOT ACCESS. So, I am out of my money, with no diamonds and very irritated. Can someone please fix this?!

Love this App/game and I have no complaints yet as of 08/30/2023 I will update this information if I have any issues ty.

I can’t login back to my game through Facebook that the only way I do recover my game I have been playing the game since 2015 I stop playing the because I lost my phone now I can’t login through Facebook because Facebook is not even connecting with the game and I only have my gam user id

The game is fun and you are able to update your restaurant to suit your style. I have a lot of fun!

I love this game but words and food pictures are too big and scrambled up in my restaurant and food pictures is too big I can’t see the words on what food im making to cook and the food when I’m done cooking it the food doesn’t go on the counters instead it goes in the air high please fix this problem please thank you 🙏🏽

so i’ve recently started paying , and i’ve purchased gems , my account got charged but the screen would just dim and nothing would happen . when i close out the app and reopen it , my gems never showed up and the app support open to to the internet saying “503 service temporarily available”

Was one of my favorite games to play but now it does not look right I don’t know why they won’t update the game? A let down for real.
