I absolutely do not recommend this app and bank in general. The app is impossible to use, it doesn't provide good visibility, the functional of the app is very limited, it is impossible to find payment information if you want to pay down your credit card before they generate an invoice for the new months. Customer service  is incompetent and rude. Stay away from Resurs bank

Appen brukes til å gi et raskt innblikk i min status på betalinger og faktura. Da hadde det vært fint om face id hadde fungert. Det virker ikke og dermed blir det mer tungvint å bruke med bankid hver gang.

Må logge inn manuelt hver gang jeg skal bruke appen/betale faktura. Har signert for å bruke Face ID flere ganger, men fungerer altså ikke. Ser flere som har samme problemet, så dette virker ganske useriøst.
