App crashes on launch, and is sluggish even on an iPhone 16. When you’re forced to upload your passport, the camera function in the app used to take the photo makes your phone extremely hot.

I downloaded this app to send money overseas, and my first transaction went smoothly. However, my second transaction was put on hold, and customer support reached out with a series of strange requests. They asked for a screenshot of the chat where the recipient shared their bank details, which I provided promptly. Despite fulfilling all their requests, they canceled the transaction and restricted my account for 24 hours, claiming I couldn't perform any activities during this time. It has now been over 48 hours, and my account is still restricted. When I contact customer support, all they say is that my account will be functional "anytime soon," but there’s no clear timeline. I need access to my money urgently, and this delay is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values reliability and timely support.

Tried but rejected by Grab Malaysia while no problem in Singapore. Just got to try harder as Malaysia need more incentives to approve and adopt newer technology
