I’ve tried repeatedly to close and cancel this account. It never worked and I want nothing to do with Revolut. I was sent many, many email notifications telling me my account would be closed if I didn’t accept the terms. So I never accepted them hoping my account would be closed permanently. Now today I receive an email telling me my statement is ready. I have NEVER used this account. I’m now going to have to complain to a federal agency and have this investigated. I want my account closed and my data deleted.

I like how they fast to solve your issues from payment you haven’t done and the direct deposit are fast easy to navigate give it a try and you won’t regret it

Revolut as a prepaid card, to transfer funds, and withdraw funds from any ATM is great, fast, and all at low cost to the user. However, the app is convoluted, often unclear in the functionality - this is in regards to where what functions are in the app, as well as some functions and what they do. The only good thing, the app has a search function, allowing you to look for functions through search.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Support has been closing my tickets for weeks with 0 help or any kind of resolution. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give a negative star review I would

I’ve had every bank app on the market and this one is by far my favorite!! I’ve had my account for over a year now and have had absolutely no issues with it. I love the metal card and I love that I can add individual accounts for all my kids and transfer money to their accounts instantly from mine… You can add “pockets” to their accounts for savings, it also has investment and cryptocurrency options. I use my card in my Apple wallet for tap to pay with no issues. You can block subscriptions, you can send money instantly to other Revolut accounts, exchange currency etc. It’s definitely convenient and hands down my fav!!!
